We overmold and seal most types of batteries for use in almost any environment.

With the prototype you can determine any modifications that will need to be made before tooling and machines are setup for production. Here at IT Plastics we can fabricate a single cavity prototype mold for overmolding your electronic assembly.

We assemble many of the products that we mold. This can be as extensive as complete assembly of various sensors which includes soldering, fixturing and testing or as basic as the addition of a battery pack connected to a pc board prior to molding.
