CASTING

IT Plastics casting service can produce rigid and flexible parts for a large variety of uses.  Our casting process produces production quality parts economically and many times is the only option to produce your product correctly.

 

Almost any item can be molded within the castings like antennas, batteries, transmitters, magnets, metal plates, steel bars, fabric, cables, threaded inserts, electronic connectors, LED lights, metal bands, bolts, electronic boards and studs

Material hardness can range from 5 shore A to 90 shore D and sizes can be as small as a drip or up to 500 pounds.  We can also process foams and gels with this same process.

The molding compounds can be pigmented to almost any color and we can provide custom color matching.  Water Clear materials are also available for products that need optical capabilities. We work closely with each customer to make sure we are meeting their project requirements.

Products can be produced from a wide array of material chemistries including flexible and rigid polyurethanes, foams and gels, Silicone, Epoxy acrylic and ceramic materials too

 

Bonding Rubber to Steel

Steel parts can be sand blasted and coated with adhesive to improve adhesion of rubber to the steel substrate
